    I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs, and guide you through every exercise, every workout. My holistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time.

    MY FITNESS SERVICES

    GROUP TRAINING

    This training consist of 4-6 individuals.  This training format will have a circuit style approach.  Group training allows individuals to experience a quality workout with a certified trainer without the cost of a private training session.

    SEMI-TRAINING

    This is similar to personal training but you are sharing the time with one other individual. A great way to build a relationship with like minded individuals.

    PRIVATE TRAINING

    Private training is one on one. This provides the client with undivided personal attention. If you have a goal to reach in a certain amount of time, private training is for you.

    NUTRITIONAL COACHING

    Nutritional coaching help clients to understand the importance of eating nutritional meals as it goes hand-in-hand with training. Nutritional coaching is provided with our without training. Eating habits is captured and inserted into a data base system. With this data system, feedback is provided weekly followed by a monthly meeting dedicated to your progress report(s).

    A Certified Personal Trainer will teach you proper exercise form and technique, and how to protect your body from injury.
