The hardest part about getting in shape is getting started, and believe me, I understand. One of my greatest challenges was to stop smoking cigarettes. I smoked for ten years, but I noticed how my health was declining and how I had a terrible attitude. I hated feeling that way, so I made a decision to do something about it. My decision to change my lifestyle set in motion my love for fitness and well-being and I decided to inspire others to change their lives through physical fitness. Life's challenges are opportunities for growth! Health and well-being are at the foundation of everything we do. Physical fitness affects all areas of our lives.
